Hospitality by the service crew was perfect as they were polite and professional. The hotel amenities were spectacular, well maintained and clean. A special shout out to the 3M filtered water tap which dispensed endless amount of clean, cool filtered water for us to beat the sweltering heat in Penang. Not forgetting the complimentary drinks in the bar and refrigerator too. Do head out to the swimming pool / deck for the amazing sunset too!"
