"Great hotel. Either the Heritage or Annex victory is great.Rooms are huge. We stayed at the annexed Victory wing and have a great view of the sea. Breakfast buffet was spectacular. Rooms need updating especially the TV. Wall charges on bed side should include USB charges. The big negative is crossing the street from the hotel. Seems like this is a big issue with many guest trying to cross the street."

"All good.... but also suffers the same problems as in many other hotels. Can they manage the queue better for the eggs station during morning buffet breakfast. As it is open, guests tend not to queue or know if there is the line. And the poor chef is taking orders from left and right and can be annoying if the chef starts taking orders from others instead of the guests who have been quietly queueing up...."

"We loved the historical aspects of the building. The room was very nicely appointed, it was quite spacious, the bed / linens were very comfortable and the hot tub was nice as well. We also ate there a few times, one was for the Father’s day dinner with live music. It was a little expensive, but the food was very good. The breakfast buffet and afternoon tea is very good too."

"This hitel was simply superb. Strategically lcated in the eart of the historic and UNESCO-protected George Town, and justva stone's throw from Little India, Chinatown, and the port the hotel offers very good comfort. The facilties are clean and the staff extremely helpful and professional. The decor is modern and tasteful and a good night sleep os almost gurabteed. We will definitelt return here on our next trip to Penang."
