"The property has a very nice living area, and a very nice and helpful staff. Our individual bedroom as very nice and comfortable, just a little small, but it even had a sink which was supper convenient. Property is at a walkable distance from the city center and the tourist attractions, as well as a shopping mall."

"The host was very friendly and helpful and beds comfortable, however there were a few things we were disappointed with the breakfast was very sparse(ie. No fruit or healthy items), I recommend bring your own things. There was a odd smell in the bathroom."

"Friendly staff, excellent location and cleanliness. Upper floor water supply was cut-off during my stay and have to access common bathroom downstairs. Overall experience is good, highly recommended! "

"One of the staff, Dini, was very helpful and suggested lots of things for us whilst we were in Ipoh. We had one of the rooms near the lobby/entrance of the hostel, which was a bit inconvenient at night e.g. if we had to go to the bathroom... but other than that it was a great stay! Not a big problem."

"I only complaining when I have real problems with the accommodation and first I always try to find the solution on the spot during the stay with the accommodation. I would have done this time as well if there would have been anybody in the property. I just got a message with an entrance door code to get in and the possibility to choose room number #2 or #3. "Good location to walk round and exploring the museums, food, Ipoh historic culture in the Concubine areas. It's new and clean with friendly stuffs. Plus, the price is very reasonable. Drop off/Pickup is a little bit inconvenient due to the entrance at the curve corner with short stop. I would like to stay in this hotel again when I visit Ipoh again."

"From the moment you arrive at The Banjaran you know that there is something special on offer. The photos do not prepare you for the beauty of the site, the mountain backdrop and lush jungle with gently weaving paths promising so much and tempting you to explore. The caves and hot springs, picture perfect pool and all day dining. The villas are perfectly presented and provide so much more than a standard room, spacious living space and private pools, balcony over the water or furnished terrace and well stocked mini bar. The vibe at Banjaran is laid back and low pressure. Long lazy delicious breakfasts and options to relax and decompress around the site, spa, sauna, pools and places to just site and watch the world go by. At the core of the Banjaran experience are the staff who are friendly, quietly efficient and always purposeful. "
