We arrived and only after contacting the property via phone, being asked to send a whatsapp message and sending proof of identity, were we given check in instructions and help actually finding the entrance to the property. Taxis will drop you outside an appartment/shop complex and it's not clear initially where to go. "We really enjoyed our stay for 3 nights at the hotel. 3 nights went by so quickly that we wished that we could have stayed longer. The facilities offered by the hotel are excellent especially for families with children. Special mention to receptionist Dzarif for making our stay more memorable with the seaview room. Will really come back to stay in the hotel again in the future. "
