"It took over 45 mins for them to find our bookings and even then they found the wrong ones. Then finally showed us to our capsules and it was ok but nothing special. The A/C of the whole room is kept at a nice cold temperature. The location is slightly away from the hustle and bustle of KK, but that creates a nice enjoyable walk.
