"I had a good stay here- it was comfortable, the staff were helpful and friendly, the hotel was good and offered fun excursions and cheap massages. The shop onsite is handy for water and snacks. There is no cash machine on the island so make sure you bring enough. You are limited to taxis (60RM return journey anywhere) and boats (55RM) to leave the hotel. "i'm very disappointed because the hotel did not receive my booking even though been confirmed by expedia. i have waited for an hour before the problem can be resolved. some more i got a smaller room (downgrade) from 2 + 1 bed which i book earlier (1 month early) to double bed for the same amount i paid. i should be compensated for the trouble."
