"スタッフの皆さんがとても親切でした。朝食もご当地グルメが豊富。ただトイレの異臭とトイレ周りの黄ばみが残念でした。消臭カートリッジが古いのか配管のせいか、家族が泊まっていた別の部屋からも臭ったそうです。駅から数分で便利な所にあります。天文館通には路面電車でお安く移動できます。タクシーで1600円でした。"

"Nice hotel and would definitely stay here again. Room was a bit bigger than the smaller sized Japanese hotel rooms l've experienced (especially the bathroom which had a full-sized walk-in shower). Bed was very, very comfortable. Shower had a 'normal' shower head and a rainfall shower too. Good in-room amenities. Nice staff. "
