"We were extremely disappointed with this accommodation and would not have given it any stars if possible. Booked here for the last 2 nights on the island as near the airport and thought it would be treat. (Superior Family Room). The hotel looks very nice walking in, but when we got into our room we were in for a shock, it was like some third world accommodation, nothing like the photos on website. "We had an amazing time in April. The experience started with the luxury complimentary airport transfer to the hotel. We were welcomed by reception and atarted are all inclusive experience straight away. The rooms were excellent and the in-room hot tub with sea view was awesome. The Spa was nice. A lovely experience overall and look forward to booking again in the future!!!!"
