"This is the second time we booked this home. It is very clean and well stocked with dishes,cups pots, pans and small appliances. Everything is in working order. The back deck with a roof is very nice and private to enjoy outdoor eating or just being outside. The area and street are usually quiet and not very busy with car traffic. Cindy the host is very responsive and when I asked for a few items, they appeared in the house before we arrived. They have also been very accommodating when we arrive...

"My siblings and our spouses and children came to Thunder Bay to spend Christmas with our mom. This house fit us all (4 adults and 5 children) perfectly. There was so much space we never felt cramped. Plenty on rooms, and all the rooms are large. Plenty of seating in the living room and a good size kitchen for us to all gather and cook together. We had an amazing Christmas and made great memories. "

I understand mistakes and oversights happen but after a long day of travelling this is not what .you want to run into. The owner did not answer the phone we we called to resolve the issue and I had to spend over an hour on the phone with VRBO to get a refund and then our party of 4 had to crowd into a...
