"The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was varied and the room was large with good view to the city. The center was within walking distance. It is important to know that rooms are only cleaned on request. Unfortunately the staff do not speak English or German. A translator is helpful. We felt very welcome."

"מיקום המלון אינו במרכז העניינים , מרחק הליכה של 10 -15 דק. נקודת התורפה המרכזית הנה ניקיון החדר , להפתעתנו בכל זמן השהייה (סה"כ 5 לילות) לא באו אפילו פעם אחת לנקות את החדר ביקשנו להחליף מגבות ונענו שפה זה לא מלון וניתן להחליף פעם ב 4 ימים בחדרים אין חלונות. הווי פיי איטי להחריד קיים קושי לתקשר את בעלי הפנסיון בשפה האנגלית."

"The host was extremely nice and helpful, she has asked about our breakfast preferences and adjusted accordingly. Food quality was very good but the portions are limited. One tomato, one cucumber, some cheese. It will not leave you full like you an all-you-can-eat buffet would. The rooms were super clean, so was the bathroom. Bed was comfortable. "Tried to put me in inferior room than the one I booked. After complaint was given a room with safe not working. Third room I was given was an upgrade but the internet worked horribly in all 3 rooms which were in different parts of hotel, different levels. Bed wasnt very comfortable. No way this hotel deserves anything close to the rating it has. One of the rooms the sink was over the toilet making it awkward to use. I arrived at hotel very tired from long trip the check in fiasco took over...
