This was really proven when my husband, who has heart problems, had to be taken to the hospital. They arranged a car to take me (while my husband was in the ambulance) and deliver both of us back home upon release. This was our first visit to Crete, for our 30th anniversary and we could not have been more pleased with our accommodations. "

"We had an excellent 6 nights at Lato. The property is very well maintained. Someone is always cleaning! The breakfast is delicious with MANY items from which to choose! Staff is quick and attentive. We ate a few times in the hotel restaurant. Our meals were excellent. The wine list is short but selective and reasonably priced. The wait staff were highly attentive and professional. Their thoughtfulness added to the positives of our meals."
