"This property is scam. Absolutely dirty, I don’t feel like recommending it. I want my money back. AC didn’t work, leaking water from AC vent. Dirty towel, spiders in bathrooms, broken taps We were 16 people, and our stay was horrible."

"unfortunately our room had a very bad smell, also the bed, the sheets and der pillows. don't know if it was mould or wallcolor or both. except of the bed an a very very tiny wardrobe (that also smells awfull) the room was empty. don't trust the "nice" guy called sasha or alexander. he will try to rip you off, I asure you! ;)"

If you're staying over Christmas/New Year, the extra effort with decorations and evening schedules is really lovely - the best I've experienced. "Essentially this is a serviced apartment and not a hotel or a resort. The rooms we were given was spacious with a sitting area, a fully equipped kitchenette, a dining area, a large TV and a Desktop [ who needs a desktop on a holiday?] The toiletries consisted of a sliver of a soap for 3 people!!! The property was managed by the driver [acting as a manager], with no front office / front desk. No passport details were obtained from us! Breakfast was eggs, toast, juice and and seasonal fruit...
