"My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here at the Whaler. It was very quiet and I noticed an older demographic seemed to be the majority of guests. I didn’t see too many young families. But I’m sure young families would do great at this hotel too. The pool looked just average which didn’t matter for us since we didn’t use it. "Hotel Moloka’i is a nice place to spend some time at. Location is incredible and also close to the major town that offers breakfast, lunch and a couple of grocery stores. The staff is amazing. Always polite and helpful. Rooms are however run down and the fact that the hotel doesn’t serve breakfast is definitely a minus. Restaurant options are also very limited. It would be nice if the beach in front of the hotel was cleaned up and sorted as it is amazing but the smell and the rotten seaweed...

"We saw whales breaching everyday from our lanai. We enjoyed going to the beach and playing in the surf. It was convenient to grocery stores, shopping. It was a great experience. The staff was super nice and helpful. Would stay there again next year:)"
