"Liked the beach. Liked the boardwalk for walking. Liked the policy re lounge chairs and their enforcement of the policy. Restaurant options were limited. Staff were always friendly and helpful. Auntie's Kitchen was rather mediocre. Duke's nearby was better. Would have like to know beforehand that units have washer/dryer as we would have packed less. "

"We loved the Villa we stayed in! Beautiful property. We really enjoyed the pool and how close it is to the ocean! Can't wait to come back. The whales were fun to see!"

"I stayed 6 nights in the Napili Tower. The room was very comfortable and clean. It has a small kitchenette area with a sink, dishes, small fridge. The property has so much to offer with multiple pools, shops, food and bar options. There is a laundry facility onsite that was very nice with lots of free machines and a lounge. Self-parking had limited space, but valet parking was a good alternative for almost the same cost. Overall, it was a great stay and a wonderful property!"

"Very quiet culdesac right on the beach. Kaanapali beach is one of the best - walk for miles on perfect sand, and good snorkeling. Most low-rise buildings are set back quite a ways so you can't see the beach. Very helpful front desk staff and lobby has been fully renovated. Hotel was probably built in the 70s judging some popcorn ceilings. Rooms are probably a mixed bag depending what you get. "Everything you needed is there on the property. The only thing I wish they had was a shuttle bus. Unless you have transportation, you have to take a taxi. Other than that the concierge the staff were great. I did miss having Poi at the luau. "
