"Villa is clean and comfortable. One the single busiest streets in Plaka, Construction across the street starts at 7am. The front porch is literally home to busking musicians that show up every night at 9pm and play until 1130 from the front porch of the villa. Last night of the stay we finally couldn’t take it any longer and called the police and property manager who managed to shut them down at 1115."

"This house is an EXCELLENT value, fantastic location and very comfortable option when staying in Athens. Sure you could find a house overlooking the sea, but this house is centrally located to all the major sites, food stops and attractions (including the airport!) you could want to see. It is so big that there is plenty of room to fit several people AND enjoy the oversized swimming pool and backyard. "Thanks for a lovely stay. The kids really enjoyed the pool, there was plenty of space and despite it being February, the weather was great for exploring. Only a 20 minute walk to the historic areas. Any issues were quickly resolved. All, round, we had a great time."

"I rented this property with a group of friends to stay while we were visiting athens. Overall it is a nice place to stay at, but it comes with a little bit of hiccups. Finding transportation is tough and takes you a while to connect with an Uber or Beat. Katerina was a good host but at some points had strange requests from us such as paying an upfront cash security deposit (which I later confirmed with Vrbo is not part of her rights). If you're looking to stay close to the heart of athens this...

"Villa Eva was just perfect for our family of 5. The kitchen was well equipped, bedrooms roomy with lots of storage and dining outside with a sea breeze couldn’t be beat! The bathrooms were spacious and beautiful. Sophia was amazingly helpful and attentive to all our needs and concerns."

"The house is just as pictured, beautiful and well makntained. The host was very accommodating. It is in a very quiet location. If you plan on touring Greece, You must have a car if you stay here. We didn’t have a car, but the caretaker Foti, took us to the store for groceries. Downside, we had to Uber everywhere! "

"I loved the view from all of the decks on the property. Each room on the main and 2nd story had a view of the Sea. The basement rooms had a nice patio to enjoy. The amenities were amazing and the pool was awesome after a hot day. There are plenty of grocery stores and dining areas to visit as well. "

"We stayed here for 4 days and had a great time. Katerina is a wonderful host and was always available if we needed. Athens was an easy day trip - Katerina drove us to the train station and we trained right in and out. We also drove into Athens at night (easy/quick). Airport is close/easy too. Home was clean and well laid out. Pool was great with a nice shallow end, and also a good deep end suitable for jumping off the diving board. Thanks Katerina !"
