"The property is beatifully located and the staff are very helpful. However, I noticed that there was no reaction to my complain about some issues concerning cleanliness of the room. This was disappointing albeit I still liked the property and the wonderful Malta in general. "

"Khalil greeted us as we arrived and made us feel like we had a best friend though out our stay. He went out of his way to give us information on the best places to visit and dine. Elsa, who was also at the front desk, was always cheerful and had much local knowledge to share with us. Donald at the Don Royal Restaurant on property made us feel like royalty. The meal was delicious. Khalil gave us the best possible room within our price range. We had a balcony looking out over the sea and pools. Our room was bright and spacious. "

"The hotel is very nice and the staff was extremely friendly and extremely helpful. Had some minor issues with our AC, but Engineering jump on it immediately. Within walking distance to many great bars and restaurants as well. Only wish that they had outlets near the sinks so my wife could use her hairdryer, but apparently it is a local law that you cannot have an electrical device close to any water. Made it difficult for my wife to dry her hair."

A great location for easy walking into Valletta but still a quiet location with all the facilities and ambience that you would expect of a 5 star hotel that is right next to the sea. The buffet breakfast was great with a big selection of options to choose from. My only very minor criticism is that the hot items of the buffet breakfast (bacon, sausage, beans, etc.) were not kept quite as hot as I would have liked."
