Our first floor room was spacious and well decorated with all ameneties including tea/coffee, fridge, beach towels etc. TV had Netflix etc. More St James than Kalk Bay but only 10mins walk to Kalk Bay. Breakfast was excluded but we just added and the choice was extensive. parking was available just around the corner. "Kalk bay is fab, a buzzy atmosphere with a great range of shops, cafes, and restaurants. We stayed at Majestic for a total of 3 weeks in two different types of accommodation, both great for different reasons. Will stay again without hesitation "

"I want to say that the location was excellent with a gorgeous view of the ocean. It had summer coastal cottage feel and that it didn't lack amenities - which it did.
