"It was my first time in Kauai and the property and location were perfect! The beach is steps away from the property, and there is a great pool and hot tub as well. I would highly recommend staying here! "

"This place was clean and comfortable. The only issue was the traffic noise since it's close to the parking lot and a semi-busy road. However, the noise dies down by 9pm. It's across from a golf course with a great walking path. And there's a water filter pitcher in the fridge which was so nice to have! We really enjoyed our stay and would stay again! "

Many excursions such as luau, tubing adventure, helicopter tour within a 30 minute travel time. Definitely a place we would love to return to. Owners are very responsive to questions and needs. "The location was fantastic, close to many shops/restaurants/downtown Kapa’a. Donna was able to accommodate our changed arrival time and communication went smoothly. My only critique was that the arctic cooling unit in our room was broken so the nights were very warm but there were plenty of fans otherwise. Overall, for the price I would say this stay was well worth it! "

"We loved being able to open the window fully while opening up the unit to the Hawaiian breeze. The location worked well to go on adventures to the south or to the north. It's a comfortable bed, well furnished, and had fast Wifi for the occasional zoom call I could not escape. It's very nice to have access to the beach resort, and it's super easy to get access to the next-door pool/beach. I would recommend staying here."

"Great set up for 4-6 people. Kitchen is clean and well-equipped. Would be wonderful during whale watching season as there are ocean views from every space. Close to grocery store and not too far from other attractions on other side of the island."

"This was the cleanest rental I’ve ever stayed in. It was nicely decorated and appointed with beach chairs, snorkel gear, beach umbrella, coolers - everything you need for a Kaua’i vacation. It has air conditioning and washer/dryer in the condo unit so you can pack a little lighter and do not have to share which was wonderful. Both were a ‘must have’ for us. Do not underestimate the need for air conditioning. It has a nice small beach to enjoy, but not a swimming beach at least in October because...
