I would stay here again. This may be the best place in town. Hotel felt very nice, though a bit older. WiFi fine and it had English language TV channels. It has meeting rooms for small conventions and weddings. It is right outside station - Shinkansen train stop, south side, about 50 meters or less walk. Rooms a bit larger than typical Japan. Breakfast was very good; all you can eat. Also does a dinner, Chinese focus, all you can eat, but did not try. Other eating locations on North side of station, though suggest you just eat or buy at station or walk about 1km to a supermarket on north side of station. English is limited in area and hotel, smart phone translator is useful here. Also has rental car center just outside station; we stayed here 1 night for trip to Oigawa steam train / Thomas Tank Engine railway visit. Bed was comfortable for me and room overall quiet even though it was close to station. Again, I do not think there really is a better place to stay in town.
