The breakfast onigiri box was convenient.We ended up paying a very expensive car park that was only available. Some communication issues were there in English and Japanese.

駐車場有りとなっていますが、周辺のコインパーキングを使ってとの事でした。 1日500〜700円のコインパーキングが何ヶ所かありました。

六階廊下天井は破れて黄ばんでいます。黒く汚れており、匂いも臭い。お風呂は掃除してある？毛が（脇毛？陰毛？）掛け布団も汚れていて壁は汚くよごれておりもう二度と利用しません。

今までに宿泊したホテルの中で一番最悪であった。 まずホテル内にシロウトのような従業員が一人だけしかおらずチェックインの作業がやたらと遅い。案内された部屋に行ったら前のお客さんが出たまま何も掃除がされていない部屋であった。ベッドはぐちゃぐちゃ、ゴミ箱は溢れ、ユニットバスは水滴と誰かの髪の毛が...。あり得ないと思った。別の部屋に案内されたがテレビがつかなかったので、フロントに言いに行ったらリモコンの調子が悪いとか意味不明。二度と利用しません。

整體來說都很棒
雙床房很舒適，房間跟床都很大，就算是情侶也很適合這間房（畢竟兩張床是靠在一起的） 整體環境整潔，地點也離車站很近，缺點是櫃檯常常沒有人在，而且房間也沒有室內電話可以找人詢問，這點希望可以改善。 （另外若是自駕來的話停車費要額外自付）

値段が安かったので喫煙の部屋にしたのが失敗でした。スプレーを何回もしたがタバコの匂いがびっくりすりほど良くならず、空気清浄機もすぐにつけたが、結局朝までダメでした。おまけにユニットバスもタバコの匂いが凄かったです。 同じ喫煙の部屋にした友人の部屋はそこまでではなかったそうですが、感じ方の違いかもしれません。 これからはなるべく禁煙のお部屋を選びます。

この度はお世話になりました。 スタッフの対応はご挨拶していただき、気持ち良く過ごせました。 強いて気になるところをあげるとしたら シャワーカーテンをもう少し防水性、カビ対策、長持ちできるものに新調したほうが良さそう、とシャワーを使っていて感じました。 喫煙ルームはいろいろご事情もおありかと思いますが、２３時以降も使えるようにしてもらえるとありがたいです。
