"We stayed at Lake Taupo Motor inn for 2 nights as a family of 4. We got lucky with the end room which had big windows and a nice view. The beds were comfortable, and the rooms nice and dark with curtains drawn. It was a nice quiet location although still super close and handy to shops, cafes and restaurants. The pool was too cold for my 4 year old however there was also a spa to warm up in. Great stay"

"Had an enjoyable stay at the hotel. Beds really comfy / had everything we needed. The only thing that was difficult was that there was no lift up to the upstairs. It made it hard for us with a newborn & toddler getting them up and down the stairs with all the stuff. In future, we would make sure to book a downstairs room."

"We stayed for 3 nights and had a really great time. They have great facilities, pool, jacuzzi, laundry facilities and the staff are all very helpful. They made us welcome with a box of chocolates, because it was new years, and really made our stay comfortable. Top marks all round!"
