"We were a family of 5 and had a wonderful stay. The beds were comfortable and luckily the condo came equipped with beach chairs, umbrellas and beach towels! The only comment I would say is to provide more towel racks. I completely understand the request to not put wet towels on furniture, but providing more towel racks in the bathrooms would be very helpful. The 2nd floor bathroom did not have any towel racks… even for a hand towel. We really try to be respectful of other people’s homes and adhere to the requests but we were having trouble finding enough space to dry towels and not have to do laundry every day.The loft is a bit warm but with the ceiling fan, it was fine. Location was great and we were able to enjoy the turtle bay resort. Highly recommend staying! "

"Our stay was absolutely perfect. Josh was an extremely responsive and helpful host. The house is just as listed. It seems to be essentially brand new and very well decorated/designed. As you pull up to the house through the front gate you can see the ocean through the sliding doors. The view from inside the house is even better. The property feels secluded with easy access to the quiet beach just steps off the back porch. There’s a hot tub on the back porch. The beds were so comfortable. The house is well stocked with everything you’d need for a perfect vacation to the north shore. Both the front lawn and back lawn are massive with plenty of space for kids to play. We will absolutely stay here on our next trip back. "

"We had 9 total with 5 of them being kids. This house was perfect for all of us. The kitchen is beautiful and large enough for a big group. The location is amazing and across the street from Gunstock Ranch where we added a horse back ride to our trip. That was an unexpected plus! The house has tons of chairs, towels, and beach gear! "
