"Shari, the front girl desk checked us in quickly. I requested a microwave for my room which was sent promptly. I later requested an iron and ironing board which was brought up immediately. The service was wonderful. Thank you for a lovely one night stay. "

"The staff were incredibly kind and helpful! We ran into some issues upgrading through Expedia, which initially tried to charge an extra $1,200. However, when I contacted the hotel directly, they were able to assist right away, and the upgrade ended up costing less than half that amount. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted with leis and a box of chocolate. Our room had a beautiful sunset view from the balcony and was conveniently located within walking distance to the beach. The beach gear rental attendant also had a great sense of humor, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I would stay here again if I find myself in Maui."

"I love the beach area and snorkeling at big rock. The swimming pools were awesome. Watching the sunset from here was beautiful. We had several restaurants in the area to choose from. Parking was easy and convenient. Great location to explore from, close to many options. Not crazy about the shower."

"We had a great stay here! We booked a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom room. Just FYI the 2 bedrooms are on the ends of the buildings so if you want an ocean view, you'd want a 1 bedroom. We were on floor 1 so our lanai extended out to a nice grass area with a cute path directly to the pool. The only issue we encountered was our fridge was dripping water inside. There is no AC but we were given 3 fans prior to our arrival. With the stand fans, ceiling fans and windows cracked, you don't notice no AC! We had two kids with us and they enjoyed having access to the free storage closet of beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, etc. When we checked in, it was rather late and the office staff leave at 7pm. We were greeted by a very nice security guard, Mike. (i believe was his name) he helped us get checked in, showed us our parking spot, took us to our door and helped with luggage. Wonderful stay and we will definitely be back :)"

"Great value for your money! The property is very well maintained with very friendly staff. Pool area is nice but the 'wow' here is the beach and the location. Walkable to other resorts and their bars/shops/restaraunts"
