"We arrive late off the train and the room was ready for us. Simple check in and then went to the room. It was very clean and ready. However, the AC unit kept coming on and off all night long and it’s very noisy and a good night sleep was not possible for me. However, my wife slept very well. We had had a 26 1/2 hour train ride from Kansas and extremely tired. In addition, I went up to the front desk to see if they had any water for sale? " Great service and very good cleanliness. I would have liked larger bath towels. Nonetheless, the ones we had were clean and nice. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. I also would have liked an extra blanket, it was a little bit cold at night and the heater was a little noisy. Still, a very good stay at an affordable price! "We stayed for two nights at the Sedona hilltop Inn at the room on the very end by the patio overlooking Sedona. The room was small to average size but comfortable. The young man that checked us in walked us down to the room, opened it up and showed us how to use some of the basic stuff and where things were located. I thought that extra touch of service was quite rare these days. Overall, our experience there was solid and we found the location extremely convenient to the hikes we had planned...
