"Stayed 3 nights at the property. Good value for money in Flagstaff. It is conveniently located on Route 66, close to downtown and shopping and easy access to I-40. While the motel itself was quiet, note that the train tracks are across the street and there are BNSF freight trains that pass at least 20 times per day and night. That took some getting used to. The rooms are small but fine and include a refrigerator and microwave. Wish it had a coffee maker as the coffee at the front desk was...

"The staff is the friendliest staff you would ever meet-they were fantastic! There was like rat poison in the bathroom and we did have our two dogs with us so that was a bit concerning. We didn’t let the dogs explore in the room much because it did not seem safe for them. Bed was comfy! There was a bit of railroad noise but that didn’t bother us, may bothers others but we were fine with it. "

"This place is conveniently located off the freeway. However, the sound proofing is very good! You will not hear cars/trucks passing. The property is very clean, there are few restaurant/bars within few minutes walk, and gas station across the street. The room I was in was #102. The room, bed, pillows and bathroom were also very clean. The only thing I noticed was the bathroom door is so close to bed #2. "
