"The people working are like family, the bed was good (firm) nice pillows. Great water pressure. Really nice hotel room design with everything you need, blowdryer, slippers, soaps and lotions high quality great scent. They offer coffee, cappuccino, tea, luggage storage. It was perfect for me."

"The location of tgis hotel is beautiful and in the middle of istanbul and in a front of the Bosphorus river. Near by the bus station and metro staion was the best. The staff is really friendly and the food is good. The only thing they didnt offer is VIP benefits because we reserved this hotel as VIP members. "

" Room was OK. The lifts need serious repairs. It took us 10 min to get the lift and get to our room. We checked in one room and they had a lounge just above our room so it was very noisy where as the details of the room say noise proof rooms. We had to request and change the room which they did for us. As soon as we got in the room we heard some girls shouting in the lift as the lift had stopped working and they were stuck. "A very nice “new” property— the design-both functionally and esthetically were on point!!! Location was down by the port which served me well to use the efficient street cars to get to the sultanahmet area very quickly—much faster than by car— not a whole lot of restaurants real close to hotel —walked up to Taksim quite frequently — but it was …UP .. so only to be attempted by a person with a reasonable level of fitness— i would stay here again "
