"Sorry I was late with this review! We were in town for a short time and very busy. This was an excellent place to be able to go in and out. The neighborhood was safe and I wasn't concerned when we got back late since I was traveling alone with my daughter. The beds were comfortable, the small fridge was just the right size and it kept us in stock with ice. The entire unit was very clean and the bedding had the lovely downy scent which helped me sleep. "My kids (3rd and 5th graders) enjoyed this nice quiet little ADU in Riverside. It was very close to the Canyon Crest Towne Center where there’s a Ralph’s grocery store, RiteAid and restaurants. It’d be a great place to stay if you’re parents of an undergrad attending UCR, as the campus is very close. If you’re staying more than one night, definitely make a stop at a grocery store before checking in (Grocery Outlet or Food4Less, on Chicago Ave, the aforementioned Ralph’s, or Trader Joe’s, off...

"The unit is small but welcoming and has great conveniences. We were only there to sleep and have breakfast so the small quarters was not a problem. There is limited space for suitcases and toiletry bags. Secure and quiet on a nice residential street."

I stayed with my wife and her 91 year old mother, the beds were comfortable and my aging mother-in-law had no problem moving in and out and around the place."
