"This is a nice townhome in a fun location. We likes having Target and a bowling alley right next door. The reason I only gave it three stars was because of the check-in process and how the house was stocked. The front door lock was broken, so the code wouldn’t work. We had to call the host and after a while he answered to let us in the garage. Also, there were four of us staying there, and only 3 towels in the whole house. There were disposable towels in a closet we were supposed to use, but...

"Jen was a great host! Responded very quickly, and was very accommodating to our needs/requests. Check-in instructions were super detailed and helpful. The apartment was very clean and well stocked. We could not have asked for a better location. Overall a wonderful place; we would stay here again ! "

"Property was well appointed, clean and spacious. Our family of six stayed at this property over a long weekend for an out-of-state lacrosse tournament. We all fit comfortably and the kitchenette was perfect for preparing breakfast and quick meals in between games/coming and going throughout the day. We weren't at the property long enough to enjoy the yard/pool area, however both areas were well maintained and available exclusively to us. We would definitely stay here again if in the area."

"While the inside is accurate the host fails to mention the garage is a 4 car shared garage that both cleaning staff and residents leave open so your car is not safe there is a trap house located rught behind that light off fire works randomly throughout the night and week on top of all this the wifi was out for 75% of the stay neighbors would connect to your tv multiple time messing with you do not stay here it is not worth the money"

"This bungalow is in the very private back yard of a fine house in a beautiful neighborhood of the magnificent pedestrian paradise of Redlands. Its location is ideal for an extended stay. Two grocery stores, coffee shops, downtown, restaurants, library, numerous parks and a famous outdoor performance venue are all within easy walking distance. "Unit was nice and clean. It was just as advertised. The neighborhood was a little iffy. Our neighbors (guests in the unit next door) would smoke in and around their building so the entire entry stairway smelled like cigarettes. Also every night between 10:15 - 11:15 or 11:30, they would start yelling at each other and pounding on their doors. But inside ur unit, it was very clean and nicely furnished. And since the A/C was working so well, we just kept all the doors and windows tightly closed...

"We love staying here. Studio is quiet, has a private entrance/patio area, is always clean and affordable. This was our 2nd of many stays here."

"We absolutely enjoyed our second stay at this cute location. We even got snow this time! Plenty of room for us and our big dog. The host consistently checked un on us because of the snow and left us the tools including ice melt to help us with the driveway. Heat was great and plenty of blankets. The kitchen is always well stocked too which allowed us to make yummy homemade meals and lake Gregory being steps away is always a plus!"
