"We had a great time at Paradise on the Park! It was within 5-10 of several different beach parks, and Carlin Beach Park was a super quick 2 minutes drive or 15 minutes walk. It was also within 5-10 minutes of lots of great restaurants, and Publix was a quick 2 minutes drive as well. The condo has a great set up and was very well appointed. Jason was quick to respond to the couple hiccups. We would definitely stay here again if in the area."

"I stayed here for 6 days with my husband and 2 children ages 9 and 11. The condo had everything we needed for our stay- beach chairs, beach towels, laundry and dishwasher pods, coffee pods. The beds were very comfortable. The location was perfect. We loved going to the pool and brought some take out to eat at the pool a few nights ."

"I’ll get the negatives out of the way first. The beach was definitely longer than a 5 minute walk as the title states. It took us a good 15 minutes each time we went. We had plumbing issues with one of the toilets not flushing and the water pressure in the main bathroom sinks was comically awful. There was construction going on in the unit above us for almost every day we were there. It was very loud. The amount of dish pods and trash bags were lacking. Only three trash bags for a whole week is...
