A couple of areas to consider for an even better guest experience is: 1) Internet not always stong in our room - so needed to do conference calls in reception area 2) Reduce the Padel booking to 30 minute slots as folks may not want to use them for a full hour in the heat. "

"We loved our stay here. We had a fabulous room and time in the Thalasso pool. It would have been even better if - our bed had 8 legs instead of 7. As crazy as this sounds, it was 2 single beds pushed together, one deliberately with 3 legs which meant dependant on where you sat on that bed, there was always a leg off the floor, so when you moved, the legs were hitting the floor in turn. Under the bed was cleaned of dust. The jacuzzi had been scrubbed."

"Clean, modern hotel with a nice pool area and very friendly staff. I had the all-inclusive plan and there were a nice variety of drinks included, but not every menu item was included. There was a nice variety of food in the buffet and the cooking stations provided fresh options. The snack bar did not have many choices in the AI plan, mostly toasted sandwiches. "Cannot fault this hotel and its facilities. Staff were polite, professional and very helpful. House-keeping is excellent. All the rooms have sea view. We were upgraded from premium room to a massive suite. Balcony was superb with sofa and jacuzzi. Breakfast was standard. Dinner in the buffet restaurant was average. The 222 restaurant is highly overpriced and food below par hence cannot recommend it. The Pool Bar is okay for lunch but there are lots of nice places to eat about 7 - 10mins walk...
