"Kafen Hotel was a really nice and relaxing stay on a well maintained and landscaped property. The room I stayed in the largest of their Bubble rooms and enjoyed the peace and tranquility. The only thing I disliked was all of the hair I found all over the room. As many have stated there is no hot water but I managed. Overall I had a great experience and there was a nice amount of things to do in the area."

"The location is not in downtown, so you’ll need to take Bus or car to get to Juayúa. It is a beautiful spot with many trees and a nice building. No AC. Our room had a strange odor, maybe an insecticide applied to the sofa? No screen on window, otherwise would’ve been a pleasant breeze as the evening air is wonderfully refreshing."

"it was a nice experience the host was amazing and friendly, they also had a restaurant and bar with live music across the street, it was perfect for the evening and highly recommended, we are planning to bring our friends over."

"The property is by the local "mercado", so expect a lot of street vendors. Also, there's construction next to the hotel, so expect noise early in the morning. The staff was attentive and gave the best recommendations."
