"This is the most beautiful and relaxing place we have EVER stayed. With Joaquin’s directions it was very easy to find using Google maps and the pic he sent of the front gate let us know we were definitely in the right spot. We arrived after dark and were able to get there without any issues, the roads are steep and narrow but very manageable. Waking up to the breathtaking views was amazing, we knew it would be amazing but had no idea how amazing it would be. Joaquin’s landscaping skills and love for flowers was showcased everywhere you look. He was a well of knowledge about Puerto Rico and was very fun to talk to. Pepe, his dog, was extremely friendly and pleasure to have around being that we are animal lovers. We felt right at home and will be trying to find a time to come back to visit as soon as possible. Thank you Joaquin for the wonderful experience and hospitality!!"

"The property is spacious, well stocked with wonderful views of the water. Plenty of gathering spaces inside and out. Our group of eight women were very comfortable here and especially enjoyed the outdoor pool area. "

"This house was perfect for our long weekend getaway! The pool was enjoyed by all and being a quick walk to the beach for some shell searching was a bonus. The neighborhood is a gated community so this added an extra layer of security and comfort for all. Thank you to Jose & Madeline for opening your house to us and thinking of so many little details to make it so our stay was truly relaxing and low stress! Only very minor thing we had trouble with was understanding where to park. If we had arrived in the day and not in the rain, we probably would have seen it clearer but took us a bit at 10p to understand we were parking on the street and close to the front fence. We got it figured out though and with that being our only very small issue clearly this is a perfect house for a vacation destination!! Just wish we had had more days there!!"

"We knew this was going to be a good stay based on the reviews and pictures but our actual expsrience surpassed our expectations. Adam is a one of a kind host. He was communicating with us the whole time from the time we landed at san juan till we arrived at his home. Yes it is at his home and at first we were a but unsure but the rented property is in the back with a private entrance and a beautoful patio complete eith outdpor kitchen, sunshade purgola, landscape lighting for night and a ton of cool wildlife that you nturally find all over the island. We used this as our homebase while in puerto rico and did differen things everyday all over the island. After our stay here we went to a vrbo in isla verde in the city andand missed adams property so much. Yoy will not be upset choosing this property and my wife and i will absolutely be back.
