"Property was clean bed was comfortable and it was quiet. Finishes were a bit run down, bathroom sink was cracked and no elevator so you have to carry your luggage to the 2nd floor."

"We had a traveler who needed a first floor room or access to an elevator. I forgot to include it with my reservation. When we got there, we had a 2nd floor room with no elevator. I was going to have to make reservations elsewhere and not use my (non-refundable) reservation there. The staff was able to contact another room and upgrade them in order to give us the first floor room. I was very grateful to him for his quick thinking and kindness."
