"Pobyt jak najbardziej udany, świetna baza wypadowa na snowboard, czyste pokoje, wspólne łazienki i prysznice bardzo zadbane, smakowite śniadania, bezpłatny dostęp do internetu, miła obsługa, przystanek bezpłatny skibus pod samym hotelem, urokliwa okolica,bar na terenie ośrodka (jedyny minus-zamykany o różnych godzinach - kiedy pasowało to barmanowi. Polecam!"

"Tried to put me in inferior room than the one I booked. After complaint was given a room with safe not working. Third room I was given was an upgrade but the internet worked horribly in all 3 rooms which were in different parts of hotel, different levels. Bed wasnt very comfortable. No way this hotel deserves anything close to the rating it has. One of the rooms the sink was over the toilet making it awkward to use. I arrived at hotel very tired from long trip the check in fiasco took over...

Herzlicher Empfang, die Wohnung verfügt über alles, was man im Alltag benötigt. Ihr als Gastgeber seid sehr aufmerksam und eure Ferienwohnung und Grundstück sind sehr gepflegt. "The holiday home is very spacious and well equipped. Matresses are quite thin and hard, but OK for a short stay. Sheep and dogs in the vicinity of the house might wake up light sleepers, as well as the hot air balloons and light air craft that fly around Trosky castle in the early morning.
