"Pobyt jak najbardziej udany, świetna baza wypadowa na snowboard, czyste pokoje, wspólne łazienki i prysznice bardzo zadbane, smakowite śniadania, bezpłatny dostęp do internetu, miła obsługa, przystanek bezpłatny skibus pod samym hotelem, urokliwa okolica,bar na terenie ośrodka (jedyny minus-zamykany o różnych godzinach - kiedy pasowało to barmanowi. Polecam!"

"Wir waren von Freitag bis Sonntag mit Freunden und unseren Hunden in Bedrichov, um zu wandern. Die Wohnung ist schlicht und mit allem eingerichtet, was man braucht, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind mit dem Auto kurzfristig erreichbar. Die Bedienung des Herds hat uns anfangs etwas Schwierigkeiten gemacht, dann aber gut funktioniert. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und entgegenkommend, sodass wir gerne wiederkommen."

"Tried to put me in inferior room than the one I booked. After complaint was given a room with safe not working. Third room I was given was an upgrade but the internet worked horribly in all 3 rooms which were in different parts of hotel, different levels. Bed wasnt very comfortable. No way this hotel deserves anything close to the rating it has. One of the rooms the sink was over the toilet making it awkward to use. I arrived at hotel very tired from long trip the check in fiasco took over...

"Liebe Simone,unser Wochenende in Ostritz war leider viel zu kurz. Wir haben uns in eurer Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Herzlicher Empfang, die Wohnung verfügt über alles, was man im Alltag benötigt. Ihr als Gastgeber seid sehr aufmerksam und eure Ferienwohnung und Grundstück sind sehr gepflegt. Wir haben uns pudelwohl gefühlt und kommen ganz bald wieder. Liebe Grüße von Familie Lau"
