"The location of the property is fantastic, it is only 100m from the entrance of the old town. Free parking is available 300m away but is highly sought after and difficult to get, paid parking outside the property is easy but is 6€ per day. ( traffic wardens were around regularly) The supermarket is within walking distance. So the location is spot-on, however, the cleanliness of the property is poor, when we sat on the bed, other people's hair blew out from underneath and we found several long...

The place and the views are as stunning as the photos and the area very peaceful. The pool is great and the owners should they be there when you are are lovely and very helpful. "Lake Annecy is an outdoorsperson's dream. Hiking, swimming, boating, hiking, skiing, etc...and so beautiful! This apartment is located in the old city, a five minute walk from the lake. It is also in the thick of the action---restaurants, shops, etc.---which is good at times and a little annoying when the revelers get rowdy at 3 a.m. In my mind, this is a very small price to pay for the vicinity to the lake.
