"For the budget the property served its purpose. Check in was just ok. Phones were ringing and had to wait some time before being helped. Restaurant was being remodeled so could not use that. Used the hot tub after a long hike at pinnacles. Early in the season but they were accommodating to open it up for us. It def needed to be turned up, more like bath water and jests not working . We did only have two towels and when using for hot tub that left us none for a shower. It was convenient for us and I would stay again if in the area. "

"Gorgeous views of lake and mountains did not disappoint! Very well stocked kitchen made cooking a few meals easy. Well stocked bathrooms, as well. Comfortable and cozy for this time of year! We visited Hearst Castle on this trip which was only a beautiful 1 1/2 hour drive. Excellent communication with the host who gave us lots of suggestions for our stay! Highly recommend! We hope to visit again in warmer weather. "

"We were happy to stay there for four nights. We went to visit Sensorio on Sunday evening, 11/25, and returned to the community around 8:45 pm. We discovered the gate to the area closed and no security at the guard shack! We were eventually able to gain entrance after 45 minutes of making phone calls to strangers. When we told the property manager about the situation the next morning, she apologized and told us the card in the property information notebook is used to enter the gate after hours. This information was not part of the details for the property. The manager told me we would receive compensation for this traumatic situation (our dogs were at the house) and I am still waiting to hear about that. I have texted her several times with no response. She has my number and I hope she contacts me to resolve this situation. "

"We had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful property. The house is just as pictured. Its very spacious with nice furniture and kept very clean. We enjoyed the lovely outdoor space with the fire pit tables and hottub. A few more written instructions, like how to turn on the fire table, and outside string lights would be helpful, but we were able to figure it out. This is a really great spot for two families to enjoy. The communication with the owner was also great! "
