Cool off in the refreshing pool on this spacious 1/2 acre lot

"The house was fabulous and the hosts were gracious in their amenities. Only issue was the rental management company, Breezy, required a second deposit and my drivers license. This created an unequal balance of safety and protection. The rental company had all the protections they requested but I had none. Not cool to require images shared of drivers license and yet another deposit. "

"Amazing house on the river with tons of cool stuff to do. The river is just a short one minute walk from the house. So magical! They have some floats tied up where you enter the water, perfect for hanging out on. There’s a hot tub, plenty of hammocks, a grill, in unit laundry - everything you need for a relaxing stay. The house itself is super cute with vintage fixtures and furniture. Location is great with tons of cool stuff in San Mo nearby"

"The home is located on a quiet street and greatNeighborhood. The house was immaculate and very roomy. Kitchen had everything we needed for meals including coffee setup.We really loved this home and would stay there again if we’re in the area."

"We had an amazing time staying at this beautiful property in San Marcos! The location was perfect—close to everything, yet peaceful and quiet. The home itself was spotless and well-maintained, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. We especially loved reading about the history of the cute brick dinosaur fire pit in the backyard. It made our trip even more special! I would highly recommend this place...

"This property served our needs perfectly. It was very clean and the extra touches did not go unnoticed. The only negative was the parking. If you are pulling a trailer or camper, be aware of small parking area in front of home and then street parking which is very tight. The owner is also very helpful and quickly responds with any concerns you may have. "

"I rented this home as a gathering place for my family after my son’s graduation. It was smaller than it looked in the pictures and I was not aware at first of the limitations on parking, but it was super cute and worked well for our purpose. The double bed was not comfortable for two adults used to sleeping in a king but that was expected. Great location within walking distance (1 mile) from the campus. Would have enjoyed the fire pit if it hadn’t rained, but we did enjoy the covered patio...

"The Palmer’s guest house was perfect for our anniversary celebration. We ate at Palmer’s restaurant, excelllent food and drinks. I am picky and give the restaurant A plus!
