"Went with 3 couples to bird cheek chalet for a friends 40th birthday. This place is very nice and spacious. There’s plenty of room for everyone to spread out. It’s pet friendly and the road is nice for walking your pet and you can get on the trail down to bird creek nearby. We skied Alyeska and it was about a 14 min drive. "We had a family gathering of 14. We had one member with allergies and several flights to accommodate and host was gracious, kind and accommating to our needs. Teens love the fusbol table. "This is a cozy cabin with a full kitchen. It’s out in the woods, but there’s a grocery store a few miles away. There was a tech glitch on getting the door code to work that was straightened out in about 15-20 minutes. The host really tries to be helpful. Definitely pay attention to the directions he gives to the cabin, the map my GPS uses would try to send you driving through wetlands. The sleep area is upstairs, the one bathroom is downstairs , you need to be okay with that. "
