"Even though there was a technical problem between hotels .com and embassy suites, the staff worked it out and managed my expectations well. The room was spotless and in great condition. Very comfortable. Would stay again in a heartbeat. "

"It was an amazing stay except for the fact that the heater didn’t work in the bedroom. The lady came to try and fix it but couldn’t and offered us a new room but it was already midnight. So I used a hair dryer to warm up. But otherwise, very nice stay "
