"This house comfortably accommodated our family of nine with plenty of room for each couple to have their own get away location within the house and plenty of common areas to share family time together. In addition the location was great. We walked two short blocks to enjoy downtown Aiken, had short drives to enjoy good food, and it took less than 30 minutes to get to the Augusta airport. Finally the house was beautiful, well maintained, and had great outdoor spaces."

"The upstairs/downstairs setup was perfect for us. The living space upstairs was spacious and allowed for the family to be doing different things but still be all together. Winter arrived in full force, but the firepit became the outside huddle spot. Cornhole (and TV) covered something for everyone. We brought a TV from home since outside TVs weren't working. We will return. "
