"This is the 4th time I've stayed at the AC Suites and once again I have to compliment the housekeeping staff! My room and more importantly my bathroom - exceptionally clean! My niece, who lives in Penola, had a good look around my room and she was VERY impressed! AC Suites have new owners but the same friendly service. "Booked for 2 nights during Festival but upon arrival was allocated an upstairs room. Despite the property not being fully booked was told a ground floor room was not available. This was a problem for us as being elderly we found that climbing stairs difficult. Parking was behind the building and open to anyone passing, I found this not very secure. Restaurant was Closed. "

"Jen and Chuck the cottage was absolutely gorgeous. My husband is a massive history buff and loved the information included in the booklet. I loved the attention to detail in the decoration of the cottage. The cottage was decorated with historical elements, with it only shying away from these for livability reasons and this was still done tastefully. Thank you so much we loved our stay "

"This was an extremely disappointing property. It was rundown, outdated, (unnecessary clutter everywhere), unclean and in poor condition, inside and out.
