"We went during winter and weren't aware that there was no internal heating, we booked the basic site. Do yourself a favour and upgrade. Location is good and it's a good way to experience the Coonawarra as there are limited accommodation options available, despite it being a fantastic place to explore "

"As a woman travelling alone i felt welcome and safe. All the staff were smiling, welcoming and friendly. Bed and pillows were comfortable,room and bathroom were clean, i had all i needed for a quick stay. As i had a headache i opted for room service from their onsite restaurant. My meal was delicious, couldn't fault it. Juicy and well portioned main, yummy dessert. Thank you all so much, i would definately stay again."

"This was an extremely disappointing property. It was rundown, outdated, (unnecessary clutter everywhere), unclean and in poor condition, inside and out. The cleanliness of the kitchen, with musty cupboards, dirty dishcloths, unclean cutlery and filthy fridge and BBQ was a disgrace. The precarious shower over the bath was an extreme safety issue and should be addressed with at least one safety rail. Considering we were quoted, via email $330.00 for two nights and then charged $444.00, for...

"A charming cottage with expansive, beautiful gardens that our dog loved exploring. Well positioned, with the ability to walk to the local pubs - both of which put on a fantastic meal. Easy drive to the wineries and a comfortable place to come back to at the end of a busy day exploring the region. Jen was also really great to deal with."
