"We loved staying at this beautiful little house - it was the perfect home away from home for our family. The cleanliness could have been a bit more thorough and the spa didn’t work for the majority of our stay (though it was super super hot so we didn’t need it on). All in all a fantastic house, stay and good communication. We will be back for sure."

"We were wowed from the moment we arrived. The rooms and house are much bigger and brighter the photos suggest, the kitchen and bathrooms have been beautifully renovated, thoughtful luxury finishes like underfloor heating and bonus books and games for all ages. We would have loved to stay longer. "

"Great location and would be perfect for a family or two. Functional spaces, comfortable beds, fluffy towels, large yard, off street parking, fire pit and close to Bowral and Moss Vale. Remember to take your condiments (oil, sauce, sugar etc) as there may not be any essentials in the home. Beautiful mature garden beds with lots of different types of flowers. p.s. conservatory is great addition with vinyl windows. Access is through screen doors so cooler than you may anticipate. "

"Lovely, cozy, interesting. Very well located to Fitzroy Falls, which has some nice walks. Numerous wineries within 10 to 30 minutes drive. Host is intriguing, helpful, near by but not imposing. Kitchen is pretty limited - yay!Hooved neighbors were good listeners. "

"Amber cottage was for me was what you see is what you get . Photos did justice to the accomodation if not more . Easy entry and departure . A great house suitable for young , teenagers or older … We couldn’t get the main air con to cool the house ."

"Everything we needed for our short stay.Very comfortable wished it had of been cold enough for the fire."

"While the interior of the house was really good, the exterior was completely the opposite. The lawn was unmown and knee high so the children couldn't use the lawn or the play areas. The trampoline had no base so unusable, and the swing set was in poor repair as well.I hate to give negative reviews but I have to say it as it was. The exterior cobwebs on the windows made it obvious that no-one was taking care in the presentation of the property. Sad as it's a great house....just mow the lawn!"

"Beautiful period furnishings and touches. Lovely gas heater and central heating. Noisy road and railway. Disappointed the extra shower and toilet were outside, under cover way but very cold going out at night. Saucepans/frypans were falling apart and scratched. No gas stove lighter or matches. Can't read which gas jet belongs to which control. Instruction manual for appliances unhelpful. Not enough medium or tall glasses. Fridge crisper very hard to open. Upstairs queen beds noisy to sleep on....

"We had a lovely weekend at The Nook. Only a few minutes drive to town. Lovely decor, very comfortable beds, and all the kitchen utensils and equipment you could possibly need. We'll be back!"

"We had a trouble free stay at ForestBrae. The accommodation is spacious, very clean and very well stocked. Every cooking utensil we could want and very many basic provisions were available. The lounge has a relaxing outlook. It is a very quiet location with bird noise and no car noise. It is walking distance to the shops. We would stay again "

"Our group of 6 stayed here for the weekend and loved our time at the place. The pool, fire pit, comfortable lounge rooms and beds are all great. "

"Really great place! So spacious and love that there are so many bathrooms available. The pool and outdoor BBQ/pizza oven area was really awesome too, as well as the farm animals we saw. I would definitely recommend this place for any large group of people :) The only thing that would make this place even better was if the pool was heated! "

"Very compact with unnecessary furniture making ease of movement difficult. Headroom between the yurt and the bathroom is not standard height and there is no warning sign. The yurt is placed at the rear of a residence with no car access, which means you need to navigate a narrow winding pathway carrying your luggage, etc."
