"The property was accurate per the listing - the smaller shower/ bathroom was known by us before check in so didn’t detract from our lovely stay - everything was well presented and all our needs were met including the great location close to the town by walking a short distance. "Lovely country retreat complete with horses, goats and very friendly, gentle kelpie. The hosts were welcoming and friendly, the house spacious, clean, tidy, comfortable and well appointed. Perfect for a stay with our Italian greyhound who loved running around the grounds and playing with Jimmy the Kelpie and a visiting Scottie. We were there during storms and a blackout, but felt safe and cosy inside. "

Our poodle was welcome and that made it perfection for us. Absolutely loved the sumptuous linens, soft bds, extra throws and divine pillows to snuggle in. "Perfect sport for a comfy long weekend. We rented the smallest cabin for 3 nights, but it comes with a lot of amenities very well distributed. The kitchen is the perfect size and comes with a big enough fridge, great stove/oven and utensils. The shower has a great pressure and instant warm water. The bed is very comfortable and comes with plenty of pillows. It is very clean and has plenty of windows to let the sunlight in. Very peaceful and safe. It is at a walkable distance from the train...
