"My stay at Grand ParcVue Hotel Residence Chengdu was great. The room/suite was excellent, the gym was good, the breakfast was good. The staff were very professional, courteous and friendly. I was checked in by Tina Zhang and I had talked to her on few other occasions with some of my questions. She was very professional, friendly and helpful and assisted me with my questions answered and provided me helpful recommendations. I wish the best for Tina Zhang. If I visit Chengdu again and the location permits for my activity then I will definitely stay in Grand ParcVue Hotel Residence Chengdu and I will recommend it to others. "I booked a private room and the price was really reasonable, both the bar downstairs and the hotel is very clean and the staff are professional and friendly. I actually was so impressed with the hotel and staff, I extended my stay at Sonderia twice. Thank you to Nicole for helping me when I had trouble with the door code and also helping me decide which room to choose. She is always smiling and attentive whenever I walk past. Out of all the hotels I stayed in Chengdu, this was my favourite!
