"The location is great, just 5 minutes walk to Phoenix Ski Resort. The owner and the staff are very nice and kind. They always offered local snacks and other services to us. The apartment is clean and equipped with a kitchen and necessary kitchenware (i.e. rice cooker, microwave, kettle, pans, pots, dishes, spoons, folks etc.). "I loved how the property was a quick walk to the ski school and the slopes. There were many dining options and breakfast was served until 2pm so we could take it slow in the mornings. What I didn't like was that the room assigned to us had a dark interior and the furniture was not well-maintained. The leather chairs were already peeling. It had the overall feeling that it was old and not well-maintained "
