"This was our third rental in Old Town, and the nicest. Very comfortable furniture and bed. Large space, clean, high end kitchen appliances. Like new although David completed the renovation 9 years ago. To note, there is a mini split in the upstairs bedroom which kept it very comfortable; the downstairs has an oil filled radiator that for us wasn’t enough during chilly, cloudy winter days. Also, since we were there the city has blocked vehicle access to the Old Town so to get a taxi is a 3 block...

A mejorar, la puerta de entrada, la del patio y la ventana de la escalera, pues entra mucho frío y no se mantiene el calor de la chimenea. También debería cambiar la grifería del lavabo. Por lo demás, pasamos un buen fin de semana a pesar del apagón general eléctrico que hubo en toda la zona el sábado por la noche,"

"We have just returned from 2 weeks at Casa Charms and loved every minute of it. The house is rustic and has an eclectic mix of furnishings which we found charming. There is so much space with so many areas to sit and relax. Spent the night time playing cards on the veranda and also ate all of our meals there.The annex worked really well for us as it gave our 19 year old son his own space. "We totally enjoyed our stay at the property. It was exactly what we hoped for - rustic and a little bit quirky but also it had everything that we needed for a relaxing and totally enjoyable stay.
