Además tiene un agradable porche donde se puede desayunar y estar por la noche muy agusto y fresquito, y un jardincito. "Lovely accommodation in a quiet, rural setting, just 5 minutes walk from amazing beach and sunsets. We really enjoyed our stay and had a very peaceful and relaxing time. Many thanks to Margarita who was there to meet us and answered all our questions. The house was lovely and clean and well furnished as shown in the photos. "The property was comfortable and well equipped so it felt very much a home away from home which is what we were looking for. The only thing that would have improved the property was some planting to soften down the fencing of the outside area . The owner and the local contact were both really helpful and attentive and it was a nice touch to receive some veg from the land behind the house. "This is a lovely rustic property in the hills above Bolonia. The views and grounds are beautiful. Things to note: the roads are not paved well as you get near the house and there are stairs. Some of the showers are in buildings that are outside. The manager is very responsive and the place is very relaxing."

"The place was in an area where all homes apparently had to be behind giant fences and gates. You have to travel tiny, bumpy dirt roads to get there. The host was very strange towards me, making me feel uncomfortable on multiple occasions. She also has no problem just showing up at your supposedly private home and often pops out of her home when she sees you walking to your car (you have to walk by her home to leave or get to your parking spot). My rental car was also damaged while parked there....

A mejorar, la puerta de entrada, la del patio y la ventana de la escalera, pues entra mucho frío y no se mantiene el calor de la chimenea. También debería cambiar la grifería del lavabo. "We have just returned from 2 weeks at Casa Charms and loved every minute of it. The house is rustic and has an eclectic mix of furnishings which we found charming. There is so much space with so many areas to sit and relax. Spent the night time playing cards on the veranda and also ate all of our meals there.The annex worked really well for us as it gave our 19 year old son his own space. "The apartment is in a private compound that felt very secure. The large swimming pool is excellent. A quiet beach is not far away. An issue for us was that the main bedroom is in a loft that gets quite warm. Air conditioning is only available during July and August due to the cost of electricity."

"It’s a very beautiful property with a great location. I would highlight that 2 of the rooms on the top floor and the room on the ground floor doesn’t have Air conditioning which in very hot days makes it difficult to sleep even though it has a fan on the ceiling. Also the facilities on the ground floor, the bathroom is exposed (no doors) - has no privacy which is very odd, if you are spending days with family or friends. "Sehr nette Gastgeberin und auch hilfsbereit. Unterkunft ist echt schön. Allerdings könnte es etwas sauberer sein. Ebenfalls rennen 5 Hähne herum die am 2:30 Uhr morgen die ganze Zeit Krähen. Somit konnten wir nur mit Ohropax schlafen. Ebenfalls sind 2 Hunde auf dem Grundstück unterwegs die sehr viel bellen. Auch eine Hund Pension oder ähnliches ist in der Nähe die Nachts jaulen. Wen das nicht stört, für den ist die Unterkunft optimal."

"The whole experience was great, from the start to finish. The property has everything you need and more. The gardens are extensive and obviously the passion of the owner. Plenty of shady areas. Beautiful surroundings and only a 10 minute drive into Arcos. Nothing was too much trouble for Joaquin, and was always available to answer any questions about the surrounding area."

"The property was beautiful! We could see the Mediterranean from the balcony. There was plenty of room for the 6 of us! Just an fyi- We copied and pasted the address into Google maps, which was a mistake. It took us to Gibraltar, if you click on the address from the app it takes you to where you need to go! "
