"All of the Four Seasons we have visited are excellent. But the device and attention to detail here were next level. Our room with a plunge pool and view of Jimbaran bay was excellent We ate at three restaurants and for the first time I'd say the dinner buffet was best. French pastry chef who made magnificent deserts. Fresh fish Balinese style, Tuna sashimi was melti in your mouth. We enjoyed a complimentary cocktail reception where we met other guests and F&B Manager Michel and GM Nicolas....

"Good 5 nights here. Was upgraded upon arrival to swim up room, although we rarely used this feature. Room was a very good size and comfortable bed. Some cracked tiles and dirty grout/silicone in bathroom could be refreshed but all in all pretty clean. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Smiley and Ali very friendly by the pool. Nice pool area. All meals in the restaurant were nice. "

"The outside of the building looks extremely run down but the rooms are well maintained and the rooftop area is lovely to spend the day at - we used this as a transit hotel on a 12 hour stop over and it was perfect. "

"I reached there late at night and had to wait for 45 minutes before a guy could recieve me. there was no electricity. They did not have backup power. The room was too small. Then I asked them for an emergency light to have some food. The did not have it. Then I asked for a candle. They did not have that either. The guy said that it was a small hjotel and they dont have such luxuries.. "

"It was all we had hoped for. Family from three countries meeting for a week in Bali. We loved the spacious villa and pool area which was well euipped to manage a group of 8 adults and 4 children. Most special about our time there were the family who run the villa. We didnt want to cook and enjoyed the most delicious breakfasts and Balinese style dinners including mouth watering seafood BBQs. There is always a car and driver on hand for trips to the beach or shops at minimal costs. An all round...
