"The gentleman at the front desk found my reservation from hotels.com but could not check me in. So I left for three hours and came back still he could not do anything. I was willing to take a new reservation and not care about the money that I lost. He did not want me to do it either. Left the hotel again and came back at 8 PM in evening then the lady at the front desk helped me check in. It was a frustrating experience. I think it was a training issue. Needed to take shower at 6 AM. No hot...

"This place does not exist anymore, it is part of the little bucharest hostel, which caused a lot of confusion at the time of check in. The bathrooms were not in working condition (2 of 3 of the showers were broken) also on the second night one of the supporting planks of the bed gave way. However the location is very convenient and the staff is friendly. "

"Very nice apartment, easy to reach by metro and Tram. Tram stop only a 2 minute walk from apartment. Was given very clear instructions by host on how to check in. "Great location, 20 minutes from Old Town, 10 minutes from Universitate metro, but on a busy road so you may want to keep the windows shut. Fortunately there is efficient air conditioning (controlled by a remote). Clean, comfortable, with a small kitchenette (fridge, sink, microwave, kettle). I kept the blinds closed against the heat and the workmen outside, and then found the lighting a little dim. Brighter bulbs and/or a bedside light would be welcome."
